Dare to express your truth. Dare to say the things which are important to you. Dare to express your anger and let it flow through you. I lay in bed for far too long, and far too many times, felt the inspiration to speak, write, to change, but the day after chose to not follow it up. For far too long, I blocked my creative power. My own power to care and be there for myself. Stop neglecting your body, and start listening to the wisdom that it holds. Let it speak through you. Start taking yourself seriously.
I carve runes to heal my own scars. I carve them to unblock my creative power and to show myself that I can make a stand and express my own voice.

You are whole to begin with, and your inner child was never broken. It has always been, and will always be, a flame shining inside a glass jar in the bottom of your stomach.

I know how this feels. I have lived it. I lived with the thought that I am separated from everything else. The way out begins with one truth. We all come from the same place. Mother Earth.
